## Refund Policy We want you to love your Ember & Ore jewelry. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. **Returns:** Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unworn condition. Email hello@ember-ore.com with your order number to initiate a return. **Exchanges:** We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 30 days of delivery. **Refunds:** Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. **Non-Returnable Items:** Sale items are final sale. Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. **Damaged Items:** If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
