Ember's Wren Copper Hoop Earrings

There's something about a hoop that moves with you. Light, quiet, always there.

I twisted these by hand the same way I've twisted copper for forty years — one continuous spiral, no seams to catch or snag.

People who wear copper close to their skin tend to keep wearing it. I've never had to explain why, and I won't start now.

These are some of the last earrings I'll make before I close my workshop. I hope they find the right ears.
